We offer a full and comprehensive range of services and we will do everything possible to match you with a beautiful and secure home or apartment.
Our services include: - Finding suitable accommodation options anywhere in the country
- Personally checking each venue submitted (where logistically feasible)
- Ensuring that the accommodation is pre checked prior to arrival
- Ensuring that any specific requirements are met prior to arrival
- Making any other arrangements while in SA (this might attract an additional fee depending on the request)
We are looking to ensure that you get a rental that suits your needs and to this end charge a small retainer, which is deductable from our 10% introductory commission we charge the property owner if you take up one of the options we present to you.
This has a twofold purpose:- firstly that you are primarily paying for a service that ensures that your best interests are being served and secondly that we are able to spend quality time on genuine enquiries.
